I wrote to the lady and she came to collect the clothes from the hotel within 15 minutes.
Payment is made upon delivery of the clean clothes and costs only 1.5 USD / Kg. If necessary, you can also leave the clothes and money at the hotel reception and the exchange will be done by the lady independently.
I used the washing service twice, the second time I delivered the clothes at 8.30 in the morning and I received them clean already in the afternoon of the same day at no additional cost.
